The starting place for each client engagement with Sostrin Consulting is the Discovery Session. This fast-moving introductory consultation goes beyond simply discussing the issues to be addressed through consulting; instead it is an interactive process that offers a deeper exploration of the current context and compelling challenges and opportunities facing the organization.

The Discovery Session gives prospective clients the opportunity to experience the Sostrin Consulting methodology first hand while identifying and making progress on the issues that matter most. Following the session, a two page graphic summary of the outcomes and recommendations for future action is provided to the client.

The nominal fee for enrolling in a Discovery Session is $295.00. Discovery Sessions are typically 90 minutes and can be scheduled at the client’s site or virtually if travel is prohibitive.

Following the Discovery Session, there is no obligation to pursue a consulting engagement. If a consulting engagement is mutually decided upon, the Discovery Session becomes the accelerated starting place for future work.
