Jesse Sostrin has spoken to thousands of people in venues throughout the United States and overseas. He believes that a powerful live presentation that is tailored to the specific challenges and hopes of the audience can inspire and guide people in ways that workshops, articles, and books simply cannot. Each year he delivers a variety of public presentations as a keynote speaker, featured conference presenter, and on-site program leader.

Jesse’s Audiences: There are two types of audiences Jesse speaks to most frequently. First, Jesse speaks to corporate and professional audiences looking for evidence-driven insights and practical tools that reveal the future of work. Whether the group includes senior-level executives, mid-level managers, or both, Jesse’s provocative and entertaining style delivers relevant and actionable ideas that inspire change.
Second, Jesse engages with college and graduate students in campus-sponsored events. In these presentations he draws on his experiences as a young professional who graduated with no plan and no clear path, and ended up becoming a CEO of a small professional services firm at age 26. His back-story builds a unique connection with the students and allows him to share his research-based thought leadership about ways students can start to “Future-Proof their careers” right now in order to stand out, stay ahead of the change curve, and remain relevant in the changing world of work.
Jesse’s Topics: In 2014 Jesse will deliver a select number of speaking engagements based on his recent thought leadership and newly published books: Beyond the Job Description: How Managers and Employees Can Navigate the True Demands of the Job (Palgrave-Macmillan) and Re-Making Communication at Work (Palgrave-Macmillan).
Presentation topics include:
Beyond the Job Description: Discovering the Hidden Curriculum of Work®
Re-Making Communication at Work: Understanding the Relationship Between Communication, Leadership, and Culture Change
Communication DNA: Aligning Strategy, Culture, and Performance to Create Singular Competitive Advantage
The Mutual Agenda: Exploring the New Rules of Work to Resolve Employer-Employee Impasse
Future-Proof Careers: A Survival Guide for Students Entering the Job Market
